Maintains and cleans bar area and equipment Reports complaints to a manager as soon as they occur Mixes, prepares and serves drinks according to the recipes approved by the Clubhouse Manager Prepares garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks Requests additional supplies as necessary Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are available Typical shift is 10:30am-7pm or 2pm-10pm. Must be able to work nights and weekends (including Sunday) and holidays/club events.

Country Club experience is a plus but no required. Previous bartending experience required(1-3 years). Previous customer service/serving experience is required (1-3 years). Must be able to work in a team environment.
